my guitar arsenal

The Arsenal, left to right: black Turser Hawk-12 electric 12 string (ya need one of these to play The Byrds, son); 1997 Carvin Bolt (this was a kit I assembled, amazingly the thing plays great. But the lacquer never quite dried properly, thus I call it "Sticky Guitar"); extremely red (and extremely cheap) bass of unknown origin; 1978 DiGiorgio classical guitar (for when I'm feeling cultured, which isn't very often); 1988 Fender American Standard Stratocaster (gotta have a Strat!); pearl white 1992 Ovation Custom Balladeer; 2009 Carvin LB70 bass (my main weapon for the low notes); 1986 Washburn 12 string acoustic; 2005 Carvin DC127T (my main axe, from the guys at the Carvin custom shop, this thing is a dream come true); that little guy laying down there is an early 1900s mandolin (so fragile it would bust in half if I tuned it up); 2000 Martin 000C-1E acoustic (my main acoustic); 1977 Gibson Les Paul Custom (my main axe for 25 years, boy do we have some memories together); on the floor is a cheap red ukelele (learned to play it on a cruise ship, but since forgot); and a 1985 Washburn banjo (which I have also forgotten how to play. But at one time, I could do the Beverly Hillbillies theme song!!!). Not pictured - 2011 Carvin C750T acoustic.
